This season, the GTE category of the American Le Mans Series will see the arrival of a second Ford GT from Robertson Racing, compared to one in recent years.
The No. 40 will still see David and Andrea Robertson taking turns. The sister car, bearing the number 04, will be entrusted to Anthony Lazzaro (former driver of Nascar andIndyCar) and David Murry. The Atlanta-based team has also asked the ACO for an invitation to the next 24 Hours of Le Mans.
Note that the Ford GTs are changing tires, and will now be fitted with Michelin rubber.
