Alpine Europa Cup – Zandvoort: Louis Méric first poleman

Already in good form yesterday, Louis Méric confirmed this Saturday morning by taking pole position for Race 1. With a lap in 1'44"115, he is ahead of Lucas Frayssinet (Chazel Technologie Course) by 297 thousandths and Edwin Traynard (Chazel Course Technology) of 498 thousandths. The session was tougher for Autosport GP. Championship leader Simon Tirman is only 5th, more than 7 tenths behind. His runner-up, Paul Cauhaupé, is 7th (+0″831). 

Among the Gentlemans, Anthony Fournier (Race Cars Consulting) dominates Laurent Richard (Herrero Racing) and Frédéric Roy (Chazel Technologie Course). Race 1 is scheduled for 16:30 p.m.
