The Northern Irishman is ahead of Jan Kopecky (Skoda Fabia S2000) by 1??4 and Guy Wilks (Skoda Fabia S2000) by 2??0. Thierry Neuville (Peugeot 207 S2000) achieves the eighth fastest time, 8 minutes behind Meeke, on a route of 5 km.
