Juho Hänninen (Skoda Fabia S2000), leader of the 2010 IRC drivers' standings, set the best time in the second special of the Rally of the Canary Islands. The Finn, on a route of 24,85 km, however did not beat Kris Meeke (Peugeot 207 S2000) than five tenths. The Northern Irishman, faster in SS1, therefore retains the lead in the rankings for the event in the Spanish archipelago.
