Danica Patrick, fifth in theIndyCar Series this season with Andretti Green Racing, is, according to American media, on the verge of joining the Nascar for next season. The young woman is in contact with JR Motorsports, Dale Earnhardt Jr?s team, and is reportedly close to finalizing the agreement. Danica Patrick would sign up for two years with JR Motorsports and would participate in the Nascar Nationwide Series (antechamber of the Sprint Cup Series, main series) next season. For his part, Dale Earnhardt Jr did not provide additional information but recognizes that the arrival of Danica Patrick would be a good thing for Nascar.
