Andreas Mikkelsen (Skoda) prevents Jan Kopecky (Skoda) from taking a comfortable lead at the Barum Rally. The Norwegian set the second time of the special, finishing eight tenths behind Juho Hänninen (Skoda). The Finn completed the 12,95km of Pindula in 6:37??2. Freddy Loix (Skoda) finished 2??8 from the scratch ahead of Jan Kopecky (+ 3??9), Bryan Bouffier (+ 4??4), Guy Wilks (+ 7??1) and Thierry Neuville (+12??1).
Jan Kopecky now only has a 7?3 lead over Andreas Mikkelsen. Juho Hänninen climbs into third place, five seconds behind the Norwegian. His Skoda Fabia S2000 is ahead of Bryan Bouffier (Peugeot ) of 3??7. Guy Wilks (Peugeot) falls to fifth place, 2??1 behind the Frenchman but maintains a 4??8 lead over Freddy Loix.
