The Norwegian team Holten Motorsport, one of the first to take on the challenge of rallycross electric, says it is ready for the first round of the season of the support series planned on Swedish soil.
« We feel well prepared for the first round but like everyone in motorsport we were unable to follow our development plan due to Covid-19 », said Svein Bjarte Holten, the team manager.
Holten Motorsport has entrusted its Stard-prepared Ford Fiesta ERX to Daniel Holten, a rallycross regular and event winner in the discipline's European championship.
The first round of the inaugural season of Projekt E is scheduled for Holjies (Sweden) from August 22 to 23. Three other stages will follow in Latvia (September 19-20), Belgium (October 2-4) and Germany (December 12-13).
