Jan Kopecky (Skoda Fabia S2000) wins the Rally of the Canaries, fourth round of the 2010 IRC, at the end of SS15, the best time of which was set by Kris Meeke. The Czech took the lead in the event classification at the end of SS8, a special in which Kris Meeke (Peugeot 207 S2000) suffered a puncture, in order to consolidate his lead. He is the fourth different winner in four rallies and is ultimately ahead of championship leader Juho Hänninen (Skoda Fabia S2000), Guy Wilks (Skoda Fabia S2000) and Kris Meeke (Peugeot 207 S2000).
