2009 IRC Champion and future Mini-Prodrive driver in WRC, Briton Kris Meeke will participate this weekend in the Rally Costa Smeralda in Sardinia, seventh round of the Italian championship. He will pilot a Peugeot 207 in the colors of Peugeot Italy, with the aim of helping the team obtain the Manufacturers' title. Note that the drivers' crown should be played out between the Transalpines Paolo Andreucci (Peugeot) who recently won the San Remo, and Luca Rossetti (Punto Abarth).
