The final round of the IRC, the RAC Rally of Scotland will be the third 2009 round of the series created by Eurosport to offer viewers live broadcasts of special stages. This will be the case for two stages covered twice, for a total of four stages broadcast live. The event takes place from November 19 to 21, with center of rally in Perth.
