Freddy Loix, former pilot Peugeot , returned this year to the IRC at the wheel of a Skoda Fabia S2000. The Belgian driver, who impressed by winning three rallies (Ypres, Madeira, Barum), will return to Rally Monte-Carlo, and hopes to shine there. “I finished second two years ago and if I can finish one place higher, I will be the happiest man in the world,” explains Freddy Loix. ?Monte-Carlo can be an easy rally if it?s dry but, if it rains or snows, it can be one of the most difficult rallies in the world. »
