After three consecutive finals played in the rain from 2019 to 2020, that of the 2022 campaign took place in the dry at the Circuito Internazionale Napoli. Dominant since the start of the weekend with the 1st place at the end of qualifying and pole position for the final, Matheus Morgatto did not tremble in the fateful moment.

In great shape, the Brazilian, who is part of the management company of Fernando Alonso, produced a very good performance in Italy to secure the title of world champion in the OK category, succeeding Tuukka Taponen on the list of winners.
