Pedro Meireles received the eighth Subaru Trophy at Rally of Madeira, which rewards the best Subaru driver classified at the finish. The Portuguese did not have much difficulty winning this prize since he was the only driver to take the wheel of a car from the Japanese manufacturer during this event.
