Traffic is important on this hilly circuit of Portimao. In the middle of an explanation with Jean-Christophe Boullion, Stefan Mücke was trapped by a slower driver and ended up in the gravel trap, after 1h15 of racing.
Boullion narrowly avoids it and takes control. Dany Watts is second, Bruno Senna third and Stefan Mücke fourth.
