Nascar: better rain tires?

For the second time in two weeks, the leaders of the Nascar decided to postpone the race to Monday, due to the rain that fell on the track. Mike Helton, president of Nascar, confirmed that there are no plans for races to be contested in the rain in the near future. However, Goodyear declares itself able to provide sets of tires better suited to rain, if Nascar changes its mind on the subject.
