For the first time in its history, the Peugeot 908 HDi FAP will take part in a race in China, the world's largest automobile market since 2009. The team Peugeot Sport will therefore be doubly motivated, with the double objective of winning the first edition of the Intercontinental Le Mans Cup, and make the brand shine in a country that is an extremely important market. Since 2004, 490 cars bearing the Lion have been sold in China, the second largest market after France for the PSA group.

“By participating in this Zhuhai race, we are putting ourselves at the service of the Brand in a decisive market, explains Olivier Quesnel, Director of Peugeot Sport. Peugeot in China can thus rely on sporting commitment to boost its network, demonstrate through sport the know-how of an entire company and it is an excellent vector of communication both in terms of technology and reputation..
