Three Aston Martins at the Nürburgring

In the absence of the Oreca prototypes, the German round of »Le Mans Series" should be summed up as an opposition between Aston Martin Racing and Pescarolo Sport.

To do this, the British firm will field three Lola Aston Martin DBR1s. The 007 for the trio Stefan Mücke, Jan Charouz and Tomas Enge. On the 008, Miguel Ramos will be aligned with Stuart Hall, a young British driver who defended the colors of Aston Martin Racing during the last edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Finally on the 009, Darren Turner will share the wheel of his car with Harold Primat, as he has since the start of the season.

To counter Aston Martin Racing, Pescarolo Sport will be present with a car logically entrusted to the leaders of the drivers classification: Jean-Christophe Boullion and Christophe Tinseau.
