VIDEO – The repair of the Coronel brothers’ T1 inside

Saturday's day unfortunately ended very badly. for Tim and Tom Coronel. So close to the finish, the two brothers were victims of a major accident, heavily damaging their T1 after a series of rollovers.

Brought back to the bivouac by a support vehicle, Tim and Tom Coronel left their T1 in the hands of their team in the hope that it would be repaired in time for the 8^e stage this Sunday. After two long hours of hard work where they carried out a series of welds and wrenches, the mechanics of the Dutch brothers succeeded in the mission, allowing them to continue their journey in this Dakar 2023. The latter did not hesitate to immortalize the moment thanks to a video where we can follow the repair site which took them into the Saudi night.
