The semi-finals of the Trois-Rivières meeting in Canada have delivered their verdict. In semi-final 1, Johan Kristoffersson (Volkswagen Polo GTi – PSRX VW Sweden) dominated his rivals, well ahead of Timmy Hansen (Peugeot 208 WRX – Team Peugeot-Hansen) and Kevin Eriksson (Ford Fiesta – MJP Racing Team Austria), all three qualified for the final. Less success for Mattias Ekström (Audi S1 ​​– EKS RX), author of a failed start, and who was unable to catch up.
