Petter Solberg (DS 3) set the best time at the World RX tests in Trois-Rivières (Canada). The double world champion in the discipline completed a time of 47, two tenths ahead of Championship leader Mattias Ekström (Audi S380) and four tenths over Andreas Bakkerud (Ford Focus RS).
Johan Kristoffersson (Volkswagen Polo) and Timur Timerzyanov (Ford Fiesta) complete the top five, more than half a second behind the Norwegian. Timmy Hansen (Peugeot 208) follows in seventh place ahead of Anton Marklund (Polo), Ken Block (Focus RS) and Toomas Heikkinen (Audi S1). Sebastian Loeb (208) is 12th behind Kevin Eriksson (Fiesta).
