On the occasion of the Gulf Historic Dubai GP, the Boss of Team Larbre Compétition will personally take the wheel of a car which has written one of the most beautiful lines in his team's impressive track record. : the Saleen S7R victorious at Le Mans in 2010 in the GT category.

Since the creation of the GT1 category in 2005, this Saleen is the only private car to have triumphed in the Mancelle Classic.

Née de l’imagination fertile et passionnée  de l’homme d’affaires californien Steve Saleen, la S7R est propulsée par un moteur Ford V8 de 7 litres développant 600 ch, elle était à l’époque le petit poucet américain venue affronter les plus grands constructeurs de l’époque tels Porsche, Dodge et Corvette. Les dernières évolutions couvées par Oreca, dont cette voiture, on permis à ce petit poucet de venir se mêler à la lutte pour la victoire.

The car is entered in the new GT & Prototype class, made up of a rich and eclectic field of machines from the late 1990s and early 21st century.
