Ryo Hirakawa will complete the Thiriet by TDS Racing crew which will enter an Oreca 05 in ELMS and 24 Hours of Le Mans June 18 and 19.
The 22-year-old Japanese will team up with Pierre Thiriet and Mathias Beche after winning the F3 Japanese and the Porsche Carrera Cup Japon en 2012 et avoir évolué en Super Formula et en Super GT avec le Team Tom’s. Le pilote nippon fait partie du Toyota Young Drivers Programme.
Thiriet by TDS Racing also presented the new livery of its LMP2.
