Former Formula 1 driver Esteban Gutiérrez joins the ranks of Inter Europol Competition in the WEC. The Mexican will make his debut in his new team during the 24 2022 Hours of Le Mans and in Endurance.

Esteban Gutiérrez joins Inter Europol Competition in WEC

The crew of Oreca n°34 is now complete. Alongside Kuba Smiechowski and Alex Brundle, Inter Europol Competition therefore announces the arrival of Mexican Esteban Gutiérrez. The 30-year-old pilot has accumulated numerous experiences in car, since his GP3 title in 2010, and his stints in F1 with Sauber (2013-2014), then with Haas (2016). Gutiérrez has since served as a reserve pilot for Mercedes en Formula 1 and Formula E, and will now be able to get back on the track during the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the world championshipEndurance.
