The first round of the EuroNascar Esports Series play-offs saw the victory on the Brands Hatch track in England for sim racer Michal Smidl.
In the main 30′ race, Smidl first took advantage of a Big One from the first moments of the event, with the main victims of the ranking leader Lasse Sørensen or the double champion Nascar Whelen Euro Series Alon Day.
Second behind pole sitter and first leader Andre Castro, Smidl finally took advantage of the traffic to take the advantage and win with more than 3″ ahead of Castro at the checkered flag. Pablo Lopez completes the podium.
With double points in this event, Loris Hezemans, 5th in the race, takes control of the general classification before the second semi-final of the play-offs on the “Roval” in Charlotte (North Carolina), on June 30.
