It was during an Assetto Corsa Showcase that the Italian studio Kunos Simulazioni revealed the release date of the version next-gen of Assetto Corsa Competizione, the official game of the GT World Challenge. In addition to an improvement in content, Marco Massarutto confirmed that the game will run at 60 FPS per second, a point highly criticized by fans of the series at the time of the game's release on console. The new version will also have private lobbies so you can play multiplayer for free with your friends.
The new version will be available on February 24, 2022 for new owners of Assetto Corsa Competizione but also free for those who already have the PS4 or Xbox One version of the title.
