Stoffel Vandoorne (Mercedes Benz EQ) achieved its first success in the Formula E Race at Home Challenge by winning the 6th round contested on the New York track. The Belgian who started from pole crossed the finish line with a good lead over Pascal Wehrlein (Mahindra) and Oliver Rowland (Nissan e.dams) who completed the podium.
Stoffel Vandoorne took the lead in the Drivers' standings, 2 points ahead of Pascal Wehrlein. Mercedes climbs to the top of the Manufacturers ranking with 6 units ahead of Mahindra.
