VIDEO. First trailer for WRC Generations, the next KT Racing game

Before the license WRC is not picked up by EA Sports Rally (new name of the Codemasters studio), the French developers of KT Racing want to pull out all the stops for their latest official video game of the World Rally Championship.

WRC Generations will be the result of seven years of hard work around the World Rally Championship. The game will be released on October 13 for PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X and S, on Steam and Epic Games Store and later on Nintendo Switch.

Compared to WRC 10, which retraced the 2021 season, WRC Generations sees things in a big way. The entire 2022 season will be modeled, including the new Rally1 Hybrid cars. A new league multiplayer mode will appear. In addition, 37 historical models retracing five decades of the WRC will be playable, compared to 20 in 2021.

The number of special stages present is gargantuan: 165 ES, compared to 120 in 2021!

Career mode allows you to write your story, make your team prosper and manage it down to the smallest detail. New hybrid management will be available in the skill tree. In Leagues mode, players of the same level can challenge each other in weekly and daily events to hope to climb to the top of the rankings.

With the Teams system, players have the choice to join a team or create their own, and thus carry their standard high in all events. The Livery Editor allows you to personalize cars with numerous paints and stickers. In WRC Generations, players can now share their creations with each other! It is possible to train in races without ranking in split screen or online, and to live the real experience in pairs in Co-pilot mode.
