Stefano Coletti, third in the first race of Formula 3, is excluded from the Norisring weekend. He will therefore not compete in the second race on Sunday. However, this exclusion does not change anything for the other drivers: each will start in the place planned for Sunday, that of Coletti, sixth, will remain empty.
The Monegasque admitted to hitting Jules Bianchi after the Frenchman's victory celebration on the podium, according to Autosport. Coletti claimed, in his defense, that Bianchi made filthy remarks to him.
