Like the morning session of an hour and a half, the one hour which has just ended was disrupted by light rain which fell intermittently on Hockenheim.

The competitors were only able to fit tires without tread in the first half hour. The Briton Sam Bird (Mücke) set the best time in 1'36, without approaching that of Merhi in the morning (328'1) achieved on a drier track. We are still far from the best lap in the race Grosjean dating from 2007, in 1'33, proof of the poor grip of the track. Deprived of a good part of the session this morning following a broken gearbox, the Finnish Mika Mäki (Signature) this time took 701nd place ahead of his teammate Jean-Karl Vernay.

First official hierarchies tomorrow morning, with the 30′ qualification at 8:00 a.m. and the first 30′ race at 11:40 a.m.
