Felix Rosenqvist (Prema Powerteam) won the first qualifications of the F3 European Championship at the Nürburgring (Germany) which determine the starting grid for Race 1. With a time of 1'21"126, the Championship leader who celebrated his 14th pole in the discipline will start ahead of George Russell (Carlin) and Nick Cassidy (Prema Powerteam), while Callum Ilott (Carlin) and Jake Dennis (Prema Powerteam) complete the top five.
Charles Leclerc (Van Amaersfoort Racing) will start from sixth place ahead of Antonio Giovinazzi (Jagonya Ayam with Carlin) as they are the main rivals for the title favorite.
