Max Verstappen (Van Amersfoort Racing) achieved the best time in free practice of the F3 European Championship at the Norisring. The three-time winner of the Spa round completed a lap in 48”387 during the second session with less than a tenth ahead of Tom Blomqvist (Jagonya Ayam with Carlin). Lucas Auer (Mücke Motorsport) and Esteban Ocon (Prema Powerteam) follow by more than two tenths. The Dutchman was already the fastest during the first session.
