F3 ES C1 – Rosenqvist from the start

Race 1 at Zandvoort, contested on slicks on a track keeping wet off-line areas at the start, saw the Swede Felix Rosenqvist immediately take the advantage over pole sitter Sven Müller. Alongside driver Mücke, the German rookie from Prema Powerteam was joined on the podium by American Michael Lewis. Raffaele Marciello finished 4th ahead of Tom Blomqvist, the son of Stig having managed to resist championship leader Daniel Juncadella. New disillusionment for Carlos Sainz Jr: starting 9th, the Spaniard suffered a ?drive through? for early departure and could not do better than 11th.
