Pietro Fittipaldi (Fortec Motorsports) and Sam MacLeod (Motopark) were disqualified in the second qualifying session of the F3 European Championship at Spa-Francorchamps. The two drivers who took the 3rd row of Races 2 and 3 will start from the back of the grid after failing technical checks.
