After Alexey Chuklin, Emilio de Villota Motorsport confirms Igor Urien for the 2013 European season F3 Championship. The 18-year-old Spaniard has already played three seasons in car. After starting in the Spanish Prototype Open Championship in 2010 before winning the Championship the following year in the Proto 1 category, the Hispanic driver turned to the Radical European Masters where he won two victories for the Speed Factory team.
