Starting from pole position, Eddie Cheever won the first race of the weekend Formula 3 Italian on the Mugello circuit. The Italian driver won ahead of Frenchman Brandon Maïsano. Author of the best time in the race, the driver of the Ferrari Driver Academy was unable to find an opening on his teammate and finished at 0. Riccardo Agostini completes the podium while Maxime Jousse is 952th.
