Lance stroll (Prema) won the first qualifications of the season in F3 European Championship on the Paul-Ricard circuit (Var). The Canadian set a time of 1'24"209, ahead of his teammate Nick Cassidy by 76 thousandths. Niko Kari (Motopark) is the closest to the Prema riders. Hitech GP drivers George Russell and Ben Barnicoat complete the top five.
For his debut in the discipline, Anthoine Hubert (Van Amersfoort Racing) qualified in 13th place.
