The Monegasque Charles Leclerc finished first on the second day of testing F3, on the Spanish route of Valencia. The driver of the Dutch team Van Amersfoort Racing concluded the day with a best time set in 1'29″534, on a wet track. Leclerc is ahead of three Carlin drivers with rookies George Russell and Callum Illot in order. Gustavo Menezes ranks 4th and the top 5 is completed by Alexander albon (Signature).
