The Monegasque Charles Leclerc set the best time in the morning session of the day of pre-season testing at Silverstone (England) in the European Championship F3. The driver of the Dutch team Van Amersfoort Racing set a best time in 1'50″574 and is ahead of the Italian Antonio Giovinazzi (Jagonya Ayam with Carlin) and the Briton George Russell (Carlin). In the French clan, Brandon Maisano (Prema Powerteam) takes 13th place just behind the Signatech Dallara F312 driven by Alex Albon. Dorian Boccolacci, also entered under the Signatech banner, finished 34th.
