Mika Mäki won the first race of the weekend in F3 Euro Series, at Brands Hatch. Victory took a long time to emerge for the Finn since the initial start was given at 12:45 p.m.! But the collision between Jules Bianchi and Tiago Geronimi after ten laps of the track pushed the organizers to stop the race and have it resume at 16 p.m.

Leading at the time of the interruption, Mika Mäki (Signature) finally won just in front Valtteri Bottas (ART Grand Prix), which collects its fourth runner-up place this season. Third in the race, Christian Vietoris (Mücke Motorsport) scores six points and is 19 points behind the leader, Jules Bianchi.
