Titled since the evening before thanks to his 4th place in race 2, Raffaele Marciello (Prema Powerteam) made a point of winning the final round of this 2013 season, Sunday morning at Hockenheim. In pouring rain, the new champion beat his runner-up Felix Rosenqvist (Mücke) and the young German Lucas Auer (Prema).
