The commissioners of the F3 European Championship modify the result of the first race at the Norisring for the second time by choosing to cancel the penalty for seven drivers. Raffaele Marciello (Prema Powerteam) recovers his victory while the Prema Powerteam can enjoy a double with Alex Lynn ranked ahead of Felix Serralles (Fortec Motorsports). Tom Blomqvist (Eurointernational) thus lost his success by finally being ranked fourth ahead of Harry Tincknell and Jan Mardenborough, the two drivers from the Carlin team.
