Roberto Merhi set the best time (1:31:727) in the second session, in Zandvoort, during free practice in Formula 3 Euro Series. The Spaniard beat Jules Bianchi (1:31:779) and Valtteri Bottas (1?32??183). The qualifying session is scheduled to take place this Friday afternoon, from 17:35 p.m. to 18:05 p.m.
