The Lotus foal F1 Junior Team had been preparing for it since the fall, and particularly after its first international experience in F3 at the Macau Grand Prix, where the Frenchman made a strong comeback to 10th place. Esteban Ocon will therefore, as planned, be part of the Prema Powerteam for its first season in the FIA F3 European Championship. We already know the name of one of his teammates, another rookie in the person of Antonio Fuoco, winner of the ALPS FR 2.0 championship.
Ocon had already been mobilized by the Rosin family team at the end of the year, during the first tests of the new engine Mercedes.
