Esteban Ocon (SJM Theodore Racing by Prema) and Max Verstappen (Van Amersfoort Racing) will be penalized by two places on the grid for the Grand Prix qualifying race F3 from Macau. The two main contenders for victory were penalized for passing a red light and missing weight checks during free practice. Sam MacLeod (Tom's) will also have to move back one position for crossing the pit lane line.
