BRDC F4 champion Will Palmer and runner-up Harrison Newey were able to complete a test session in F3. The son of Jonathan Palmer, the founder of BRDC F4 who is none other than the father of Jolyon Palmer, 2014 GP2 Series champion, made his discovery with Carlin in Rockingham and Snetterton (Great Britain). As for Harrison Newey, the son of the famous engineer Adrian, he rode in Oschersleben (Germany) with Van Amersfoort Racing.
