The Italian Raffaele Marciello became European champion of F3 2013 by finishing just off the podium in the second race of the Hockenheim meeting on Saturday. The victory of his last challenger, Felix Rosenqvist (Mücke), will therefore have been of no use since the leading driver of Prema Powerteam could be satisfied with the points for this 4th place. He therefore ensured, behind his teammate Alex Lynn (2nd) and Lucas Auer (3rd).
The last test of the season, for honor, takes place Sunday at 11 a.m.
