F3 – Ryan Tveter joins Carlin

The American driver Ryan Tveter, 20, becomes the third driver confirmed by the British team Carlin, for the next European Championship of F3. Tveter played in particular in Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0 and in Formula Renault 2.0 NEC in 2014 with Josef Kaufmann Racing.
