Winner of the first race at Rockingham on Saturday, Jean-Eric Vergne (Carlin) had two races scheduled for this Sunday. Starting tenth in race 2, the Frenchman finished ninth, behind his most serious rival in the title race, Oliver Webb (Fortec). In race 3, JEV finished second, behind Brazilian Felipe Nasr (Räikkönen Robertson Racing). At the end of this fifth race weekend, which marks the mid-season of this championship F3 British, the driver of the French FFSA team consolidates his lead in the general classification. With 199 points, he is now 51 points ahead of Oli Webb.
