The FIA World Council has announced that the event of the F3 European Championship scheduled for October 25 to 27 on the Paul Ricard circuit will be replaced by a round organized from October 11 to 13 in Vallelunga. The Federation also indicated that the technical regulations for the 2014 season had evolved, particularly with the engine and chassis, in order to reduce costs for the teams and drivers. The sporting regulations for the Macau Grand Prix contested between November 13 and 17 will only accept engines meeting the specification of the 2012 season.
