Renger Van der Zande did not take long to get the measure of his new adversaries. Starting from pole, van der Zande won this Sunday ahead of Alexander Sims and Basil Shaaban. Jules Bianchi, who started from eighth position, finished fifth, just behind Christian Vietoris. The Frenchman is 23 points ahead of the German at the top of the championship.
